Learning Agility is available in the Recruitment module, and is based on the results from the personality test MAP and the culture and values test Match-V. The insight is presented as a combination of the individual's learning agility and five different dimensions that measure interest in analyzing and approaching information in different ways:
- Mental agility - the degree to which a person likes change and doing things in new ways
- Change agility - the ability to listen and learn from others, willingness to see others' perspectives
- People agility - the ability to see difficult tasks as challenges and deliver results despite tough circumstances
- Results agility - the ability to be goal-oriented and proactive
- Self-awareness - the tendency to demonstrate humility and be aware of knowledge gaps, as well as awareness of strengths and weaknesses
Learning Agility is a powerful tool that can help organisations identify individuals who struggle most with change, and those who need more stimulation. With these insights, it becomes clear which efforts are required and where they are needed in order to get everyone on board, reduce turnover, and create conditions for success even in uncertain times.
