Below you’ll find information on the latest developments in Assessio.

Some developments are related to all Modules in the platform and some are directed towards either the Recruitment or the Development Module.

  • The Recruitment module is where you handle the process of creating Recruitments, adding candidates, having them assessed and matched towards specific job requirements and finally analyzing results and comparing candidates to find the best match for the role.

  • The Development module is where you can let your Leaders set up and manage their own multiple feedback reviews, where they receive actionable tips for development and an easy way to follow the progress of their Leadership over time.

February 2023

All modules

  • The notification hub has arrived!
    You can now easily stay up to date with new developments in the Assessio platform.
    All users can find the notifications in their menu.
  • Finding the right person within the Assessio platform is now both easier and faster
    You can search for users by email address, as well as first or last name. Owners, Recruitment admins and Development admins can find this option in the people page.
  • Security has become easier
    It is now possible to reset the Multi Factor Authentication for a user. This option is only available via the backoffice, reach out to your Assessio contact if you need a reset.

Recruitment module

  • Finding the right lens has become much quicker
    A new search functionality for lenses has been introduced, allowing you to search for lenses based on lens title and related job titles of each lens. Recruiters and Recruitment admins can find this option when creating a new recruitment. Recruitment admins can also use this functionality in the Lens library.

All modules

  • Security measures have been improved
    It is now possible to require Multi Factor Authentication in order to access the Assessio platform. Owners can turn on this functionality for their own organization in the security setting.

Recruitment module

  • Improvements to your lens selection
    Updates have been made to provide a better, more generic description of the lens, its related competencies and expected profile. To support you in your selection of the right lens, an extensive list of related job titles are also available by clicking the “View more” button.
    Details of the update:

    • Names have been updated to make the lens applicable to more recruitment contexts
    • New way of describing the lenses to reflect the actual competencies in the lens
    • New O-Net and Behavioral Profile lenses to fill gaps and heighten the usability and applicability of the framework

      Please note that no changes have been made to selected competencies and weightings in your active or historic recruitments.

  • Possibility to explore the Lens Library
    As a Recruiter Admin, You now have a new item in the left hand menu: “Lens Library”

Use this to explore all available Lenses, without having to start a recruitment process.

 

  • An API with Talentech has been created
    This will make it possible to create recruitments and access candidate assessment via new ATS integrations. Recruiter admins and Recruiters can use this functionality after implementation by their organizations contact

Development module

  • Improved support for leaders being reviewed
    The automated email that leaders receive once their review has been completed, now includes more information and detailed instructions to make the best use of the feedback they receive from their team.
  • Viewing Insights from previous Feedback reviews
    It is now possible to access insights from previous reviews!
    When Selecting different reviews in the drop down menu, the “View Insights” link to the right of the Performance Area scores, will be active for all different reviews.

    You can access the same info from the Development Page as well. 
    Here, you can also click directly on the scores in the graph to access the insights from the different reviews.

Recruitment module

  • The candidate experience has received an upgrade. It is now possible to complete the MAP personality assessments in eight additional languages: German, Spanish, Estonian, Finnish, French, Italian, Lithuanian and Latvian. Candidates can find this option on their assessment page.  
  • Selecting the right candidate has become easier. Two new functionalities are added to the Assessio platform:
    switching between different lenses and showing additional competencies to a selected lens.
    Recruiters can find these options in the Analyze candidate(s) page.
    Note that when you switch to another lens, the Match Scores will be re-calculated  based on the new lens.
    When you add extra competencies, this will not affect the match score but will allow you to gain additional insight outside of the selected lens.

 

 

  • Candidate self sign-up has arrived. Recruiters can now share a weblink that allows candidates to directly access the assessments and immediately be added to the recruitment. Recruiters can activate this Candidate sign-up link in the Recruitment page:

 

  • The API for Teamtailor has been improved. The main recruiter of a Job in Teamtailer will be added as a collaborator to the recruitment in the Assessio platform, if they have an account within the platform. 

 

Development module

  • Setting up the organizational structure (who reports to whom) has become easier.
    It is now possible to select and add multiple people as reporting to a given person/manager. Owners can find this ‘Select direct reports’ option in the People page, by clicking the “three dots” to the right in the people list:

All modules

  • Adding new users has become easier. Using a CSV file, it is now possible to add up to 1000 people at once. Owners can find this option in the People page. 

Recruitment module

  • More candidate information has been made available to recruiters. The potential data, on which the Match scores are based, can now also be accessed separately. This includes General Mental Ability and the Big 5 domains (Extraversion, Openness, Conscientiousness, Emotional stability, Agreeableness), scored on a C-scale (0-10) with an average of 5.
    Recruiters will see this information when they select a single candidate in the Analyze Candidate(s) page of a recruitment. 
  • Another language has been added to the platform. It is now possible to complete the assessments in Danish. Candidates can find this option on their assessment page.

Development module

  • The dashboard has received a make-over. New statistics have been added: number of reviews, number of reviews completed and number of managers requiring a review. Development Admins will see this information on their dashboard.
  • Completing feedback reviews has become easier. It is now possible to send a reminder to multiple feedback provider at once and to mark a review as completed even if not all feedback providers have completed the feedback. Development Admins and Leaders can perform these Remind all reviewers and Mark as complete actions in the “Reviews” page.

  • Assigning roles has become much easier. Multiple people in the platform can be assigned to the same role in one action. Owners, Development admins, and Recruiter admins can perform this action in the People page, by selecting the module for which to assign roles, and then click on the button to add selected users.

Recruitment module

  • The ATS integration with Team Tailor is live. It is now possible to create recruitments and access Candidate assessment results via Teamtailor. Recruiter admins and Recruiters can use this functionality after implementation by their organizations contact.

Development module

  • Feedback reviews are now even quicker. When all invited feedback providers have completed the feedback, the review is immediately marked as complete. Development admins or Leaders no longer have to perform this action manually, the auto-completion is active for all reviews.
  • Completing feedback reviews has become easier. It is now possible to remind leaders about their incomplete review.
    Development admins can find this “Send reminder to leader-action” in the Reviews page.
  • Completing feedback reviews has become easier. It is now possible to send a reminder to multiple feedback provider at once and to mark a review as completed even if not all feedback providers have completed the feedback. Development Admins and Leaders can perform these Remind all reviewers and Mark as complete actions in the Reviews page.
