RISK BEHAVIOUR

“The world needs this test because all people have overused strengths, or exaggerated parts of your personality that can be problematic for you in your career, especially if you want to be a boss or leader.”
FAQ ABOUT MAP-X
MAP-X is a tool and is extracted through data from Assessio’s personality test MAP.
MAP is a test that measures how a person usually is. Based on a MAP result, the MAP-X tool can be used to measure the extreme aspects of the personality, such as risk behaviors that appear under stress, pressure and fatigue.
No, with a simple push of a button, you can convert a previous MAP result to a MAP-X raport.
Yes, it is possible, see previous question.
Because MAP and MAP-X give two different reports, you need to give two different feedbacks one on each raport.
There is five scales:
• Impulsive v rigid
• Intense v Unemotional
• Conformist v Eccentric
• Withdrawn v Unrestrained
• Insensitive v Oversensitive.
Since HDS and MAP-X are different tools based on different theories and norm groups, it is not possible to compare the results from them. The important thing is to let the candidates do the same test so that they can be compared with each other.
To use MAP-X for your recruitment process you must attend Assessio’s certification training which is half a day. The reson why MAP-X requires certification is because you who will handle the tool will have a great responsibility for all the candidates you meet and assess.
