How does Leadership Feedback work?

The tool consists of a web application. This is periodically sent to the selected employees. The employees answer 12 questions in about five minutes. The result is measured on a score scale from 0 to 100, the closer to 100 the more the leader succeeds in meeting the needs and wants of the team.

What is the advantage of Leadership Feedback?

The tool does not evaluate how good or bad the manager is, but to what extent the leadership style matches the needs of the team. “We used Leadership Feedback in a pilot round for parts of the organization to start a structured feedback process. It is a tool that is both easy to understand and use. It gives an impulse to how the leader is seen by the team and how the team sees its leader. Based on the results, you can see which point initiatives you need to work on. Our employees appreciate having the opportunity to provide both a review and written feedback on certain matters.”

“Leadership is without a doubt the most important work environment factor in an organization. Effective leadership is required if the organization is to maximize its potential, achieve its goals and make the teams work well. We felt that a simple tool was missing in the market to help managers be more effective in their leadership, so we developed our own feedback tool.”
