How do you ensure the validity, quality and objectivity of the AI assistant?
The AI assistant has been trained on extensive knowledge in various areas such as psychology, economics and science amongh others, and it is programmed to understand and translate demands into the Assessio performance framework. Should you accidently or deliberately throw in an odd request irrelevant to the role, AI will disregard it to secure the validity of the lens. All AI-generated profiles will be designed to reflect long-term performance, and will include at least one competency from the performance domain, i.e Strategic, Operative, Enabling and Driving.
